A Taiwanese oolong tea.  This Taiwan style oolong tea is oxidized much like a green tea and has a beautiful and delicate profile any green tea drinker should appreciate.  The dense handrolled oolong pearls don’t look like much, but a little goes a long way and this tea is great to steep again and again.  Wilshine Tea in San Diego has provided us with some incredibly unique teas that are great any day.
