Ethiopia Bensa Segera 250g (JBC Roasters)
This Ethiopia offering has some classic character for a washed Ethiopia with an interesting twist. While coffees in Ethiopia tend to be either washed or natural process, this Bensa Segera tries a deviation from traditional washing with excellent results. Modeled after the Kenya ‘double soak,’ this coffee has an extra long 72 hour fermentation time. The result is a classic citrus and floral washed Ethiopia, with an exceptional custard-like mouthfeel and hints of layered spice. Sourced and roasted by JBC Roasters in Madison, WI.
